“We have worked with PG Construction during the summer of 2015. Our project was the total demolition and reconstruction of the ground floor of our house and also included significant tidying up in the garden.
We had started the project with a bad taste in our mouth from a previous renovation project but Peter and his team have demonstrated us that there are actually reliable and professional contractors out there (such that you can simply leave the keys with them and go on with your life as the works are carried out). From the first day to the last one we have been impressed with the high technical competency of Peter's team. They have established a fantastic relationship with our architect and a few unexpected issues that were discovered during the course of the project have been resolved with minimum loss of time.
To make life easier for us, Peter's team have taken over the coordination of supplies and also the management of the subcontractors. Most importantly, they have kept us updated on a daily basis, so we could track the budget and timing constraints. When the project has been completed, the result has been exactly the opposite of what we feared at the beginning, and we have been enjoying our new entrance floor since then. As Team PG always focus on technical excellence and their attention to detail is unmatched, the quality of the works has been appreciated by many of our guests as they have walked through our new entrance.

(iii) when the inevitable glitches or mid-project desired changes arise, Peter’s pricing is reasonable and he lives by his word.
